Interesting question.

If you floss & clean your teeth every day will that help in tooth movement?By not flossing everyday, will that hinder movement?

Yeah I have similar questions too. The first three days I had my upper brace on, I felt very sensitive when flossing. It almost felt like flossing would move the teeth in the wrong direction. But I felt much better now: 6 days after the brace was put on.

Me too Ishasha!!

When I flossed my teeth the night I got my braces on my teeth were throbbing and I wanted to rip all my brackets off. Now that my teeth have moved I can floss with no pain. So glad I don't have to deal with that pain anymore!! but I have a feeling my first adjustment on Wednesday is going to stir things up a little bit!!
