CLASS III - First Month with Elastics..= No Surgery

#1 Post by josephsantana »

Hi .. I'm just passing by to say that.. I am very happy these days because I was told there is no need for surgery anymore.. Even though my treatment is not over.. My ortho, told me is going pretty fast.. I have 1 month with elastics and m bite is not UNDERBITE any more..when i close my mouth... my top and my bottom teeth meet each other.. now im going for the 2 month with elastics since he said..he was my top teeth to be in front of the bottom.. (so..you guys who have CLASS III and dont want surgery.. just follow the right directions and that will make a difference ).. i used my elastics everyday no matter what.. and i got excellent..results..

I'll keep in touch..

Congrats on the great news!!! It's always a good day when you don't need surgery. I hope you continue to have good news for the rest of your treatment!

It's great that you're getting there without surgery, josephsantana, and a good advert for sticking with instructions on elastics wear. But meryaten is right; some cases can't get there with braces alone.
