Elo. Ive been noticing if i put pressure on one of my front teeth the tooth beside it makes a clicking noise? What does that mean? Movement or is it something to be worried about?

Starts with clicking and then they get wiggly (truly revolting for someone who hates loose teeth) and then they are on their way! They'll be on the move soon
