on november 3rd, i had 8 extractions (4 impacted wisdom teeth and 4 bicuspids).i was extremely swollen for a week after surgery, especially on the right side and im still recovering.all of the stitches have dissolved on the left side and im able to eat pretty much anything, but all of the stitches are still in on the right side and some of my teeth/gums are sore.i haven't even attempted to eat anything on that side of my mouth.im just wondering if it's normal to take this long to heal, being that i had so much work done, or is something wrong?of course, it's the day before thanksgiving, so my ortho is closed.also, i just noticed my tongue is an icky color on the right side!maybe it's just because that side hasn't seen any action?
