Last Day

#1 Post by Catmom »

Good morning everyone,

Well, today is my last day at work without braces. At 50 yrs old, I can't believe how excited (and anxious) I am about my appointment on Monday!!!

I want to thank all of you for your support, your humour and your sharing. It's a great help to those of us who are new to the world of braces.

I'll try and submit pics next week to show off my new coloured ligs!!!!

Join the 50 Club. I'm 3 weeks into my experience. I think I'd go with metal instead of ceramic if I had a do-over. I may ask about switching. Many people love their ceramics though. Best of luck and keep us posted.

Hope everything turns out Monday like you expected. I'm from the over 50 club myself.Seems there's been a bunch of us turning up here recently which proves we are taking better care of ourselves. Let us know how it goes.

Well just be glad they aren't bi-focals...I curse the man who invented them! Can't stand the line and can't get use to the unlined!

So, how did it go, fellow Monday-brace-day sufferer?????
Are you in pain yet?
So far so good for me, but have been thinking of you too, all across the other side of the world!
