This is the first time for me to start posting...first of all wanna say hello to all you guys..

I'm 30 from Bangkok, Thailand. so sorry if my Eng isn't good. :wink:

for my brace story, first time braces at 15 for 2.5 yrs. , and now 2nd time braces since Aug 2006 to correct my TMJ problem.. :( But the good thing is I havn,t feel any pain since day one of my second braces..

Just wanna introduce myself to u all, thanks for sharing information..nice to know u

My second journey start 3 years ago since I always hava a headache. and then I went to check-up. Doctor said he suggest me to have a consult with dentist. And dentist said I have a TMJ problem, suggest to see the ortho. Ortho said have to re-braces.. OMG !! No Way !!!!!! I still the remember the felling of spacers, expander, elastic, ......., and also wonderful de-banded date !!! And also still love my straight teeth..

3 years later, always have a terrible headache and think braces for 2 years or headache forever..... I still don't understand me myself why I have to think about this easy solution for 3 years.... :oops:

Second journey Adjustment every 4 weeks,I'm really surprise that there is PAINLESS with the quick movement.

start with top metal blankets with 0.16 wire and 2 bands.
First Adjustment : change the wire to be 0.18.
Second Adj. : change only ligs and put on TPA for upper teeth.
Third Adj :change the wire to be Rectangular 16/22 and bring out TPA cuz it's not worked as suppose to be and will put it back soon.... :(
