Too much movement??

#1 Post by kayakchic »

Is there a thing as too much movement?
I've had braces for just over a year now and things have been going great. This is my 2nd time in elastics and I admit I don't wear them as often as I should. Now I am noticing a gap opening and closing between my front teeth depending on how much I wear the elastics. Has anyone had this happen to them before? Sounds like I need to more diligent in wearing them huh...

I agree with what Karen stated about coming clean with your ortho about slacking with your elastic wear!
