This was so easy. I was FREAKING out over them and yeah, it was a breeze. Its only been 3 hours but i have had no pain at all! there wasn't any weird tastes or feelings while they did them either, and i even had to get a trans palatal bar! So i just wanted to say for anyone who is getting them soon, relax, it really is simple!
Hey, I got my uppers on today and am the same as you. I didn't taste anything nasty although my ortho warned me several times. At first I was thinking this will be easy, but now, 12 hours on I am starting to feel the pressure. I imagine I might be sore tomorrow!
