Need dentist recommendation in Northern New Jersey

#1 Post by Ena »

Does anyone have an orthodontist they could recommend in northern New Jersey area? I am in Wayne but would travel up to 25 miles to see a good ortho. I've found a lot of orthos in my area on the American Board of Orthodontists website, but does that ensure I'll find a good one? Am I possibly eliminating other good dentists that are not board members? I would feel most comfortable if someone could recommend someone they used and were happy with.

Thanks so much in advance!

Hey,
My ortho is Clifton. I am familiar with parts of Wayne, I used to work there so it shouldn't be too far. If your interested let me know, i'll give you his info. :)

I was just wondering who you ended up choosing. I am in northern NJ as well. Are we allowed to mention ortho's names on here? The one I am consulting with next week is in Emerson and has a lot of experience with TMJD - also an issue for me.

I don't think there's any problem with mentioning names, although if you're worried you could always PM each other. :D
