Help with 2 terms.....

Can anyone help me understand (with pics too if you can find any) what these two things are?

#1 - maxillary vacuform retainer

#2 - mandibular lingual bar

#1 is an essix retainer which is a clear retainer that is given to you after braces

#2 is a permanent wire placed behind the lower front six teeth for an indefinite amount of time.
