Central Incisors and Lateral Incisor: Not on equal plane

#1 Post by shinyam »

My central incisors are not flush with the lateral ones, they protrude a couple of mm outwards, and this is very noticable. I noticed that almost everyone has perfectly even teeth (all four front teeth are on the same plane). I told my ortho, but he said it was because of the shape of my teeth, which I think is not a satisfactory explanation. Why can't they just push my central incisors back so they will be even with my laterals?? This is so frustrating.

Anyone have any ideas? Please help!
