Metal Band around Molars

I'm going get my serators replaced with MetalBand today.
(No braces and wires just yet)
Has any one had to go through this?
What is it like and any caring tip ( flossing & brushing)

Search for "molar band" using the search function on this site, and you will see that many of us have them.

I have six bands and they don't give me any trouble. It's important to keep them clean and thorough brushing and flossing will take care of this.

I got spacers on my top teeth, six in total, but i did not get molar bands. Just molar tubes. Wonder why I had the psacers.

Yep, i've been through all that. I had 4 molar bands now i'm down to two.
I'm sure you will ask this question towards the end of your treatment on how they are removed because i asked a few times and i've googled the same words so many times. I had my upper braces removed the other day and they just clipped them. They come off easier than they go on!
