Hi jt2lang,

First of all...CONGRATULATIONS on you one year in braces! :-)o It's your Braceaversary!!!

Secondly, this was quite uplifting! I've only been in braces a week and, even though it's been quite uneventful, today I'm feeling a bit down. I stumbled across this and it made my day!! It's so nice to hear about braces not "getting in the way". You've done quite an amazing amount of thing over the past year...you should be proud. :D I must say, the one that impresses me the most is the skydiving... :yikes: ...couldn't pay me enough to do that!!! :?

Congrats again!! :D
Keep smilin'! :)

Hi jt2lang,

Great post..... really encouraging :D
It makes me a little less nervous about getting them on in two weeks.

I have been addicted to this forum for a few weeks now after finally deciding to take the plunge and get braces at 30!

Posts like this make it a lot easier!
