My teeth are all in place, now just have to work on the front alignment which is not that bad off.

I think this is a question you need to ask your ortho.
Teeth move into alignment fairly quickly in some cases but they need to stay in braces to assure that they'll remain in those positions. I was told sometimes up to 6 months of just doing tiny tweaking here and there to get everything right and to make sure the teeth wont' fall back into their old positions. That's atleaet what someone at my office was saying.
