I got my braces off on June 17th. How wonderful. I had them on for 2 years, almost to the day! It was totally worth it. I am so happy.
They felt really slimmy when they first came off.
Now I have a retainer for the top that I only wear at night, and a lingual bar for the bottom.
Just thought I would share!!!
Congratulations! You have reached the day I am dreaming of - being brace-free! Do you have pics? And what is a lingual bar? Is it a type of permanent retainer?
