Now I am sore. I am on my way to being debraced in a few weeks. Ortho went ahead and took off all 8 molar bands on Wednesday. (2 days ago) Those molars are really sore, almost like an adjustment.
Anyone else? I hope this is normal.
I go back in 2 weeks for retainer impressions. Then get my braces off completely 4 weeks after that.
I am supposed to have a positioner as well as another kind of retainer.

I kind of expect mine to be sore. Molar bands will be removed, and molars pulled together, then the next day the rest will be removed.. so yeah I expect some soreness.
