not as bad as I thought

#1 Post by juliejewels »

Got my braces December 2007 and I cannot believe it will be a full year soon.

They will come off in March 2009. My teeth are looking fabulous. I am really excited. My bottom teeth were very crooked and within 3 months looked perfect.

It has not been half as bad as I thought. I thought braces would consume my life and make me self conscious, but after the first month, it seems like I forgot about them all together.

I got engaged with braces and they come off right before the wedding.
I am so happy that at 36 I did htis for myself. I teach middle school and was horrified at the thought of having braces like my students, but they could care less. One of my new students said he did not even know I had braces and he has been in my class for 3 months.

I wish I knew how to post a pic... the difference is amazing.
