Tooth Movement!!

#1 Post by farleyjd »

hey guys! i dont think ive seen a topic on this..maybe im the only one whose teeth do this..

are anyone's teeth ever slightly loose?
they aren't reealllly loose..just noticable for me if i wiggle em a bit
it isnt even close to the sensation of a tooth coming out and i dont have gum problems or any hygiene issues of that mess that could cause it.

i do grind my teeth at night and some mornings they're more wiggly than others.

but to the point..

because my teeth are somewhat easily moved now does that mean my treatment time with braces will be faster than normal?

I don't have a grinding issue, but I used to be able to wiggle my front teeth a bit. When pushing on the back of them with my tongue, (I know, I know I shouldn't have been doing that!) I could hear a "click" as they moved against each other. My post braces teeth were unstable in their positions because of severe crowding.
