I have bonded metal bands around 8 of my molars. How do I keep them clean?
My ortho said to just brush like it's my regular tooth and I have been but I can't help to think what if food gets underneath the band???
I know she bonded them to the teeth but still....
In addition to usual brushing, i also use tiny inter-dental brushes i bought at walmart. You can go in between the teeth with them and also into the tubes attached to the band.
