FOR Rubberband users..is this "normal?"

#1 Post by Randee »

I was wondering if anyone else who is wearing rubberbands has experienced an ear ache? I got the rubberbands last Monday, so it's almost been a week. I didnt start getting an earache until last Thursday or so and its very painful. Im also on a soft food diet because even when I take the bands out to eat, it hurts like mad to chew. My temples feel all funny... has anyone else felt this too? How long before it goes away?

Also, I was told at my next appt I'm getting "bands"... what does this mean? I wish this was all over!
