naw, I have at least another year. I have to move three lower teeth forward and two on the top. How about yourself?

Awww, well maybe you will get an early release.

I am supposed to have x-rays taken next month to see how the roots are looking. If all goes well we will plan on de-bracing soon.
I am keeping my fingers crossed.

This month I have two layers of powerchains (one right on top of the other) on the top so the dentist told the tech to use smoke color so they wont stand out too much. On the bottom, I have silver singles.

So when do you get the top and how come not all the bottom teeth have brackets? How long is your treatment? Nice colors.

I doubt it. Good luck! It must be exciting to get them off! Why double powerchains? Never seen that before. Must be a lot of pressure.

Be careful of the liprings and arch wire. I wanted my lip pierced again but I didn't wanna risk my $5000 braces for a $40 piercing. Haha.

I have Damon's so I don't require ligs but I finally got a PC a few appts. ago. Here are the three different ones I've had:

I have a clear one here. You can't see it very well and this is the one I liked the least. It was stained within the first few days.

You can see it in this pic:

I think I'll go with purple next...what do you think?

Go for PURPLE!!!! I have had it many times as it is my favorite color. I am stuck using plan ole silver now as they are the strongest.....boring!!!!!

I was actually kind of sad when my ortho told me I was getting self litigating brackets. It's nice because they're smaller and are moving my teeth more quickly, but I was thinking as long as I had to get the metal, it would be fun to get some color to go with it. I believe one of my next appointments will include a power chain though, so I'll get some color then, maybe it'll balance the pain, lol.

dark purple was my last colour.
tommorow I have my 2nd adjustment, and I didn't decide yet about lig colours- any ideas?

Well, after three months of treatment I'm going to get hass or hyrax (i'm not sure?) and then I have to wait about four months to get upper braces.

I'm not sure how it's going to be, when I'll get my all bottom brackets, but fortunatelly, now I don't have any problems with my lip rings and wire.

Pink power chains on top, purple ligs on bottom.

( and green and purple elastics on the sides)

Really, my teeth are whiter than they look in the picture. Not sure why they look so yellow.
