ok so im 20 years old and im thinking of getting a brace when i can afford it. only problem is im applying for camp america to go june 2010 so what would i do if i had the brace cause i would be in america for 3 months??
Camp America is awesome! I worked at a Girl Scout camp in college and we always got counselors from both Camp America and Camp Counelors USA (CCUSA is actually the better organization of the two). As far as being in the states for three months, you'll most likely only miss one adjustment if you time it correctly (go right before you leave and then right after you come back).
Another thing: we do not lack for orthodontists here in the States. In the unlikely event you had a braces emergency you could most likely be seen by the local orthodontist.
