I have just got my In-Ovation C ceramic braces and I keep thinking like I'm going to knock them off... how strong are they attached or in other words, how much force would it take to knock one off?
I have had the innovation C brackets for over 2 years and have not a problem. The only thing that I have not tried to eat with them is corn on the cob and apples since it seems like this would put too much stress on the front brackets, but I eat everything else normally. Good luck!
I've had no problems with my Innovation-C ceramic brackets, although one of the metal ones fell off a few hours after I got braced. I remember those first few days thinking they were so delicate and would fall off if I brushed too hard, lol. Nope, they're on strong. And I'm ruthless when it comes to food - the only thing I haven't tried to eat are nuts.
My upper braces were your typical metal braces and my lower braces were the damon braces. I have had no problems with my lower braces and one bracket fell off one of my upper braces after a head butt with my infant niece. This happened about 8 months after they were attached and I have not had a problem since.
