adjustment today OUCH

i had my 6th adjustment today.i had size 18 wire put on top and bottom..all i can say is ouch..i think ill be eating soft foods for a couple days.. :D
wisdom teeth out july 29/08
braced may 26/ 09
os consult june 8/09
sentence 18 to 24 months
jaw surgery nov 2010
2nd adjustment ~~july 28th 2009 @ 10am
3rd adjustment sept 14th @ 11.30
