Braced: March 19th 2008
Impacted wisdom teeth extraction surgery: June 20th 2008 1pm (13 hours of fasting)
Jaw surgery (upper and lower)Lefort 1 with Madable Advancement: June 2nd 2009 @8am!!!! 1 surgery down 2 surgeries to go!!
debrace day: jan 18th 2010!!!! *has 2 fixed retainers and an essix retainer for night time now!

wow! Alot of people are getting their braces of within the next few months. I am most looking fowrd to flossing, and it not taking 20 min. To do.

Wow You guys are getting your braces off and I’m about to get mine on. :-* Congratulations and in 24 months or so Ill be posting about my debracing date. Yay to straight teeth. :jump: :banana: Enjoy your new smile. :-88

it is crazy how fast time flies by once you think about it. seems like just yesterday I was getting these things glued on my teeth and now i'm writing about getting them off!!! Cant wait to floss again although I think i'm gonna keep using hte x mas tree brushes if I can as a backup thing cause they feel so nice on your gums:) anyone have any plans on what there first no braces chew meal will be???

Chicken wings and corn on the cob! I'm getting my hair cut after my debanding (at 7:30 a.m.) then heading straight to Hooters for lunch until I get my retainers at 3 p.m. :dance: :-88

04/09/09- Consult, 04/21/09- Spacers in, 04/23/09- Braces on, 06/01/09- Extractions
06/25/09- First Adjustment (new wire, but same size- all the way to bck molars- after extractions)
08/20/09- Second adjustment (same size wire but got Powerchains top and bottom!!!)
10/02/09- 3rd adj (same size wire, new powerchain, started elastics)
12/10/09- 4th adj. (same size wire, new powerchain, same elastics)
02/11/10- 5th adj.

As odd as it sounds I really want the strawberry mini wheats! I have tried to eat it and it gets all trapped in my wires. I can't wait to floss either! I will still use my water pik though!

Congrats on your debrace date! I am hoping to get mine in the next few months.

RICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wiat to eat rice! I can eat rice and smile right after i eat it and have no treats stuck in my teeth! YAY! I think that I am going to get my hair dyed that day! :)

woohoo! I'm getting debraced on the 28th!! I've been eating everything you guys mentioned the whole time so it's the FLOSSING i'm really looking forward to! 3.5 years and ready to get rid of braces. And yes, I'm getting a haircut too =) I've already been planning for the haircut before i got the debanding date cuz I'm donating my hair to Locks of Love. This is the bonus =)
