Questions to ask at initial consultation?

I have my 1st Ortho consultation coming up in the next few weeks and i was wondering if anyone has a "must - ask" questions list?
1st consultation is for x-rays, moulds etc, and 2nd is to discuss options, costs length of wear etc.
Think i'll be going for ceramic on the top and metal on the bottom (but depends on the advice i get!)
Any advice would be great :)

question I'd ask would be...
--what kind of changes should I be expecting to my teeth, the process?
--How will it affect my face structure?
