Hello everyone, it has been a while since I last posted. This morning I had my first adjustment at the ortho after being braced for 3 months. I had power chains put on and the ortho did some IPR. The gaps between my teeth look a little weird but I can't really feel the power chains at all. I expected to be sore after my adjustment but I don't feel a thing. Is this normal? Also, bcuz of IPR my bottom teeth look really skinny now. The top teeth are smaller too but they look so much better bcuz my front teeth were huge before.
