Simple Pleasures

Like going to brush your teeth in the shared bathroom at work and having it all to yourself! Or enjoying a few days of crunchy foods b/c your teeth happen to be feeling great. Funny how things I once took for granted can now make me happy!

I totally agree with you!!! Isn't it funny what makes you happy when you hav braces. Like finishing a meal and realizing you DON'T have something dangling from your teeth. Eating all the pasta sauce, grape juice, and stain worthy stuff you can the day before your adjustment.

The greatest "simple thing" for me was biting into a sandwich like a normal human being and not having to cut it up.

Brushing with my electric toothbrush at the ortho's office this morning between wire changes. Heaven!

I like to floss when my old wire is changed out. Takes about a minute and no threading involved.
