Wacky Bracket

#1 Post by smilelikeyoumeanit »

I have one bracket that keeps popping off. It's so frustrating. It's on my first molar on my bottom arch. It first happened to me on Friday night while sleeping. I went yesterday to get it reattached. I do have a deep bite and started to hit that one particular bracket slightly, so my ortho put molar build ups on my teeth (a totally weird feeling). However, last night, while watching TV, it just popped off on it's own.

Has anyone had this happen repeatedly with the same bracket? The bracket is on the tooth that is the most out of line on my bottom arch, which may have something to do with it.

My upper right incisors bracket popped off, I think, four times in total. It was a tooth that was extremely out of alignment (rotated and pushed far back). But don't worry. They will eventually get the bracket to stay on.
