I'm so excited, I start my braces journey in 12 days!
I pray that my fillings, xrays, & braces can all be done in one week. Do you guys think that's possible?


How about you guys? Is there anything you're looking forward to this month with your braces?

27 days until brace day for me! I have several concerns, but overall I'm really looking forward to it. But that's not technically THIS month, like you asked... so I guess as far as things braces-related, I'm looking forward to my final consultation, which is on the 28th.

Technically, they could do all of those things for you in one appointment. Whether they'll have time is the question. Is the dentist that is doing your fillings the same person that will be your orthodontist?

What kind of braces are you getting?

Hi, Robot. That's okay it doesn't have to be this month. I'm glad you're also excited about getting your braces. What are your concerns if you don't mind me asking?

& really? I would be so glad if it can all be done in one day. & no they have a dentist office there.

I'm pretty sure I'm getting the regular metal braces.

I don't know if I would want to have fillings and braces put on the same day, but you probably could have it all done in the same week. Fillings don't really hurt after about 2 days (mine have always been sore where they stick the needle to numb me), and I've gone to get an adjustment in the same week and was just fine. I also imagine that taking x-rays (at the dentist or orthodontist) shouldn't take a lot of time either.

And I'm looking forward to being braceless in about another 52 hours after 7 years!!

Good luck to everyone here! I'm booked in for a consultation very soon..the way I see it the faster I get that over with the fast they can sort out my crowded teeth :( Nice to know others are just starting out as well :)
