Oops I meant what is a power chain?

A powerchain looks like a string of ligatures that haven't been separated. They are commonly used to pull teeth with a small-ish gap towards each other, without full-fledged elastics. They are used in place of ligatures in conventional brackets, or the are the only use for tie-wings in self-ligating brackets.
