Newbies first post
Just wanted to say hi to all from a newbie in Australia, I hope I've posted in the correct spot. I don't have braces on yet but had the molds of my teeth taken 2 days ago. I'm so happy I found this forum , I'm sure I'll be on here regularly once the braces are on. I've already learnt so much and it's made my decision to do this much easier, having read other peoples opinions and experiences.

Hey Ferg--Welcome--great decision to get braces!!
I was in Australia once (I'm from the Pacific NW, USA) and I LOVED it!! If there was anywhere else in the world I would live,it would be Australia. I stayed in Paluma, near Townsville, with some friends who's parents live there. It was soooo cool!! I understand that it's difficult to become a resident if you're not from Australia, but wow, I would love to live in Australia---I was amazed by the politeness of the people!

Hi kolbird,
Yep thats at the top of my state been up there a few times, were you lucky enough to experience one of our beautiful warm summers.
I like to call it tripple B " BBB" before being braced, i remember when i could eat all that wonderful food , now i feel that the only thing that i have in common with food is the fridge. It has a stainless steel finish and so do i.
