Debraced!

#1 Post by Brussles »

After all this time, I've finally gotten my braces off. I just want to offer some words of encouragement to you all, and that through persistence, your efforts will really be paid off. My treatment time was rather long due to the fact that we had to wait for my second molars to grow in to the point that brackets could be attached to bring them in more quickly, as well as due to the fact that I had all my third molars surgically removed last year. I will be getting Hawley retainers on both jaws later this week, so that will be another battle. In closing, my awesome orthodontist gave me a bag of sticky candy and a bag of popcorn as a congratulatory gift!

Pictures or it didn't happen. J/K! Congratulations! Do you have to wear some sort of temporary retainer between now and next week?
