I'm no professional, but even I could tell that your incisor needs more rotation (the root must be going way off to the side - did you notice this on your xrays?). Good to see your new Ortho has positioned the bracket to rotate it properly (you can tell by the angle of the bracket).
I am so glad you are getting things sorted! It must have taken a lot off your mind.
My central incisors are slightly angled (a bit like your upper right was) and I really dislike it, I have brought it up to my ortho 2 or 3 times but he just keeps saying they are straight and is planning to take my braces off in the next few months. I think the the fact that his first language isn't english can make things difficult when I try to explain what I think is wrong with my teeth.
I am going to try and get a second opinion because it's bugging me.
