Good for you, Ciara! It must feel wonderful to get back into those pants again. I hop I have a similar result.

Sugary soda, sports activities drinks as well as syrupy tea are common beverages swallowed each day. Each one of these drinks are usually filled with sugar this also ingredient contributes to pounds. Rather, any time needing to remove excessive bodyweight people should have oolong tea benefits, green tea extract and also water.

I wish that I've lost weight! I haven't cut out much of any of my favorite sweet/salty goods except for this week. I went to the ortho yesterday and got a a reverse curve wire (?) and spacers in my bottoms. OUCH! My teeth hurt so bad right now that I couldn't even eat my oatmeal. Bottom braces in two weeks though!

I'm really upset about losing weight.

I'm a 5'7 male and really need to keep up with my protein intake because I have such a fast metabolism and have always been more slim. Not being able to even chew right now is really scary!

Hopefully I'll be able to eat some "real" food soon!
