I spied some lemon flavored Cube gum (I think it was Cube) at CVS the other day. Almost bought it until I realized my molars aren't touching right now, so it would only be a lesson it utter and total frustration.

It probably isnt a problem but my orthodontist is soooo against it! He forbids anyone from chewing gum, he says.
I love it though so I've been chewing it all day and I haven't had any problems at all.

Haha, I love it, you rebel! I chewed my first piece yesterday and plan on keeping it up. So long as you don't mash it in your brackets I think it's totally fine!

I've eaten popcorn just once. Not only is it so not worth the effort to clean out, I can't stand the thought of being admonished in the chair when he finds a hull embedded somewhere. My ortho uses a set of loupes with orange and white llights so he literally sees EVERYTHING in there. So disgusting.
