I spied some lemon flavored Cube gum (I think it was Cube) at CVS the other day. Almost bought it until I realized my molars aren't touching right now, so it would only be a lesson it utter and total frustration.

It probably isnt a problem but my orthodontist is soooo against it! He forbids anyone from chewing gum, he says.
I love it though so I've been chewing it all day and I haven't had any problems at all.

I rebel occasionally (looking at you giant fizzy drink slushee and christmas pork crackling). Shh, don't tell anyone and it didn't happen right?

I used to chew constantly til I got elastics on both sides and couldn't chew anymore since they had to be on 24/7
but I still eat caramel popcorn everytime at the movies

I've eaten popcorn just once. Not only is it so not worth the effort to clean out, I can't stand the thought of being admonished in the chair when he finds a hull embedded somewhere. My ortho uses a set of loupes with orange and white llights so he literally sees EVERYTHING in there. So disgusting.
