#1 Post by lar1991 »

Hi guys, i am currently about to start my journey to a straight smile! i am one of those people who likes to be clued up on a situation before going in full steam. i have my appt booked with the ortho on thursday 15th august ( WOOOOO) :).

my main question is, my front right tooth is twisted a bit and there is some over crowding.

do any of you guys have any ideas from past/current experiences how long i am going to be looking at having a brace and the sort of prices / options i want to be looking at?

Thanks in advance for your assistance and help! :-*

Heres to a picture perfect smile!

Also i have attached some pictures of my teeth let me know what you guys think! :D

Well, my teeth were not this crowded, I have some bite issues that didn't seem to raise a lot of red flags with me or my previous dentists, and still I am going to be in braces about a year and a half using some of the most modern treatment available, and the cost is in the upper single-digit thousands.

It's fantastic you will be starting ortho in a few days! Let us know how it goes!

The twisted teeth aren't really a big issue, that won't take a long time to sort out. What could take a long time is if there are any bite issues. Do you have bite issues? Can you post a photo when you are biting down?

Your teeth are shaped nicely and are really white so you will have a great result!

Good luck!

Don't worry, they will take xrays and have a good look at how things are lining up and you will be good to go. :D
