Bracket breaking off

#1 Post by tjakazulu »

Hi There! I've only been in braces for two months now but in the last three weeks one bracket has broken of 5 times!! It has driven me and my dentist crazy. Last time he tried to glue it with a special stonger glue, but this didn't work either. Has anyone here been in the same situation? Bart

Wow, that's insane. I thought I had it bad when two broke off almost back to back.

Must be a defective bracket or something.

My son broke one off the same tooth twice so the ortho banded it.

It was a lower incisor so it didn't really show much.
