Awesome! I have to say that extraction hole looks like it hurts. I hope it wasnt too bad.

Hahahaha SunshineRay. It really hurt when I looked in the mirror but physically it didn't hurt a bit. I was really surprised.

Your progress looks awesome! And it looks like the extraction was painful!

They are supposed to come off at the end of August. Just in time for a September wedding. Worst case is they'll go back on after pictures if they're not all the way cooked.

Wow Kathy! That is an amazing difference. It looks a little like your bottom lip would be more comfortable now - did the tooth that "sat forward" irritate it before?

Congratulations with your braces anniversary!!! What a difference between now and a year ago, I am sure your teeth will look perfect when you are done!

Update at 17 months. Keep in mind my teeth have been smashing each other in the wrong places for 30 years so it was never going to be a "hollywood smile" since some of my teeth aren't the right shape any more. That said, I'm thrilled with the results so far.
