Actually I am pretty good about wearing them but do remove them for meals and intimacy. That's a rather good combination now that I see it on the page.

I'm a B. I do forget between lunch and dinner on occasion or before I go to the gym in the morning. I put them in as soon as I remember and they're rarely out for longer than a couple of hours.
There was one set I had that were really thick and my whole jaw ached and ached and I couldn't even sleep. During those I was probably a C at least, maybe borderline D. My ortho told me I'd done a good job with them though at the time
