rectangular wire
So I got a rectangular wire last adjustment and as far as i understood from you guys is that rectangular wires are used after teeth alignment is done but i still have a tooth (lateral insicor ) that is tilted to the side..in a shape close to this / when i smile. Can a rectangualr wire correct that? Thanks

Re: rectangular wire
I'm not sure, but I think it can help. I've only had braces for 3 months, but at my last adjustment, my ortho put a thick rectangular wire on the bottom. My lower arch is straight now, but I too have a tilted tooth. However, my lower arch is also canted, so really I have no idea and would love to know as well.

Re: rectangular wire
Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure too if the cant is corrected with the same wires that are used for alignment.. my lower arch is also canted but is still in a round wire. Hope someone would further explain this.
