I'm the owner/admin of this site. Had ceramic uppers, metal lowers ~3 years in my early 40's. Now in Hawley retainers at night!

Yikes!!! I used to have nightmares about spitting mouthfuls of teeth out. I didn't know that was actually a thing that could happen.

Poor guy, I can't imagine what he had to go through. Getting braces is too scary of an ordeal for me.
