Bands on Wisdom Teeth

Does anyody else in here have bands in their wisdom teeth? Is my ortho crazy? lol

I don't have them as yet but when I went to see my ortho the time before last he said that he might put them on my wisdom teeth the next time I came for my adjustment but I think he forgot.
I had a look at my teeth and I think the reasoning behind it would be because my bottom wisdom teeth seem to have grown out wider than the others and perhaps he wanted to match my teeth up to the molars to make my arch wider? He did also say it was very rare to do this.

Perhaps your ortho had a similar idea?

Well I akready have bands in my molars. I really don't know why he put them in my wisdom teeth..
