Had Damon 3 / Smart Clips for almost 2 years
Now in Hawley upper 10 hours/day, permanent lower retainers

OK, here is some advice for the newly braced from "an old lag." :wink:


I reccomend getting Biotene rinse or Rincinol PRN rinse. These oral rinses help heal mouth sores. You can find them at almost any drug store... they work wonders!

hey i am kinda new here, but i been reading :D

i got my braces in may of 2004 and then might be comeing off in june of 2006 (11 mts eraly)

I appreciate your advice!! I even went & bought some-It was at Target. I am not even braced yet-I just want to be prepared! :lol:

thats a great day for braces being put on it's my birthdate
