I am 37 and I just got braces for the first time this past Friday. So far I cannot yet say that I am happy with my decision lol but I am definitely not regretting it...yet.

Got braces the first time when I was 12ish but didn't have them on long. Just got them again last week at 43 and I very much wish I hadn't put it off for so long. Ah well. I'm here now and in a couple of years I will hopefully have the smile of my dreams!

I am 30 and got my braces on three weeks ago today, followed by two upper bicuspid extractions 5 days ago.

My baby teeth never fell out on their own and all but two needed to be pulled. Combine that with a quack of a dentist, a small mouth, huge teeth, an overbite and a weak chin and you have a recipe for low self esteem. I am already seeming improvement this early on but it has been a struggle so far. Really hoping that once the pain from extractions subsides things will get easier.

I am 33 and got my braces on three weeks ago. I needed to have them as a child, but my parents could not afford them. When I was a young adult, I thought that I could live with my crooked teeth... and then I saw a candid picture of me smiling at a work event. I decided that I had had enough of being ashamed of my teeth and that I had to at least try something.

Just got the ceramics 5 days ago top and bottom for one crooked tooth, deep bite, and slight crowding on the bottom jaw. I am turning 37 in August.

I am 28, just had SARPE surgery and will have braces before I turn 29 :)
