My day 1 and 2 (today) nutri bullet:
Avocado
Bananna
Cucumber
Water
Pineapple
I'll need to get some almond butter to add more protein since these are all I'm eating at the moment. Tried eating oatmeal today and realized after one bite there was going to be too much to clean out.

Have you tried adding protein powder. I bought mine in the grocery store. It's vanilla pea protein powder and it has added other good things. I add 1-2 tablespoons.
As each day passes I'm getting closer and closer to my dream smile.

My usual breakfast is banana, peanut butter, Oatly (it's some Oat based drink that's super tasty and thick!) or almond milk and chia seed. I put frozen berries in some days to mix it up a bit!

Really keeps me full till lunch too which is great

I do a half of banana, spinach, frozen mixed berries a little yogurt, almond milk and a scoop of vanilla protein powder. It's very tasty.

frozen blueberries, raspberries, kale, banana, yoghurt, milk, LSA powder, chia seeds, raw cocoa powder and ice-cream if there's no yoghurt and ice in the summer.

My go-to is almond milk, chocolate protein powder, banana, and (if I have it and I'm feeling fancy) avocado. Only recommended if you like your smoothies the consistency of soft-serve ice cream (but who wouldn't??)

Ground flaxseed! It's relatively inexpensive and has good fibre and omega 3 :)
