I had 6 month smiles and my dentist pushed my teeth back and made my mouth smaller and narrower, i find it hard to find space to rest my tounge comfortable.
Im not going to wear retainers once i take my braces of next month... i hope my teeth push forward again.. what are the chances of teeth relapsing if i dony wear retainers?
