Hello
My braces journey is ending in less than a week and I couldn't be more excited. Been having them on for a year and 3 months. But now that everything is ending for now, I'm starting to think about whitening. My teeth were slightly yellowish before, but I feel like they have gotten worse (I blame tea). I will be moving to another country soon and would like my teeth to be a shade or two whiter.
Unfortunately, the cost of whitening at my clinic is rather expensive (15-25€ per tooth per session) for the short amount of time between getting braces off and leaving. So, does anyone have any tips or tricks on what I could do at home to make my situation better? Any kinds of toothpaste that would work? Or any other treatments dentists offer, that would be a little cheaper?
Thank you very much.

Re: Whitening after braces
I have had excellent success in the past with Crest Whitestrips. Way cheaper than a dental whitening, and while they don't provide as many shades of lightening, my teeth are fairly white to begin with (not blindingly but not yellow either), so they were plenty. I was using them 1-2 times a year prior to braces and plan to use them again once I get my braces off.
