Mine are costing me $5,380 for 24 months of treatment. My insurance will not cover any since I am an adult. My monthly payments are $173.00 after I paid $700 down. After my braces come off I will then get veneers on the two top front teeth since they are chipped. That will cost me a pretty penny :( :!: But it will all be worth it in the end
upper metal braces applied November 8th, 2005
lower metal braces applied February 23rd, 2006

Mine are costing 4,500UKP which = about 7,800USD. No insurance. My fault for haivng an ortho/dentist in central London, I suppose! Approx 1,300UKP downpayment plus 18 monthly payments of 180UKP.

4650, insurance will reimburse 1000.

450 downpayment, 140 a month for 30 months of treatment.

Just started my treatment. $6600 for two years of treatment plus retainers.

No down payment. Paying evenly divided payments monthly for two years. No ortho insurance. :(
12/14/05: Braces on - 6 metal bands, all metal brackets on bottom, ceramic on top.

I'm having them done at UCLA, so I'm paying

$3400

Plus $750 for four extractions and fillings.

My dental insurance covered 1/2 of the extractions, etc., but none of the ortho stuff, sadly.
