Okay, every morning, for like the first 30 minutes of the day, my teeth/mouth/gums are so irritated and sore. I'm just wondering if anyone knows any night time things I can do to make sure my mouth isn't a flameball of pain when I wake up.
Swish warm salt water in your mouth for about a minute before bedtime, then wax the areas that need it. You might even wax the whole mouth for a few nights to give your soft tissue time to recover.
